The ID5 Prebid module is configured immediately with a primary URL on cdn.id5-sync.com, under userSync.autoRefresh: true. If that load fails, the page resolves an alternate over DoH and reconfigures — with no explicit refresh call, because Prebid re-initialises any submodule whose config changed. Requires Prebid 10.0+; the dirty/new semantics shown here are 11.40+. Add ?mutate=1 to reuse the params object instead of rebuilding it, which is expected to do nothing.
