Prebid.js loads the ID5 external module, and id5ApiBaseUrl routes every ID5 call first-party to delegated.pakopress.dev. The module cannot come from that host — the OVH edge does not route /api/ — so it is served from a CDN or self-hosted, switchable below.

The external module decides once at init whether to publish: Math.random() < publishingSampleRatio, taken from params.diagnostics. It then posts to id5ApiBaseUrl + /diag/measurements. The config-only variant has no diagnostics at all.
